Amy V. McGehee
Amy’s practice involves representing individuals and businesses in matters before the IRS and various state tax authorities. She represents clients during tax appeals and tax collections procedures, including drafting and filing penalty abatement requests, protests, requests for innocent spouse relief, installment agreements, tax lien releases and offers in compromise. She is also experienced in corporate tax planning and compliance, international taxation and audit planning and defense for corporations.
Amy also has experience in general corporate law matters ranging from choice-of-entity formation and organization to contract review and negotiations.
Outside of the office, Amy stays busy with her daughter’s activities, travelling, reading and church activities.
