Tim’s practice includes income tax planning and research, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, and tax saving techniques related to exports. He also has experience in business succession planning, general corporate law and choice of entity formation and organization.

Tim has been a speaker at a FSC Planning and Compliance conference presented by the FSC/DISC Tax Association, Inc., the 1999 Annual Meeting of the Forest Products Society, the 2002 Louisiana Tax Conference presented by the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, and the 11th Annual Convention of the Georgia Association of Enrolled Agents. Tim was also a featured speaker at a seminar titled “Reducing the Worldwide Corporate Effective Tax Rate” presented by the Council for International Tax Education.

Outside the office, Tim stays busy with various activities in which his wife and their three children are involved.
