Vince oversees and coordinates the firm’s tax compliance services. Vince has over 30 years of extensive experience, including seven-plus years as the tax manager of a “Big 8” accounting firm where he was the lead professional with respect to tax matters involving financial institutions, state and local taxation issues, Domestic International Sales Corporations, and Foreign Sales Corporations planning and compliance. He also was the engagement manager for the firm’s largest retailer, a 200-plus physician partnership, and a variety of other clients where he gained substantial experience in the taxation of high-net-worth individuals, closely held corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts.

While a tax director with a publicly traded OTC company with majority Australian ownership, he was responsible for the entire tax function, including the consolidated federal tax return with 30- plus corporations, joint venture partnerships, state income and franchise tax filing requirements in over thirty states, income tax accounting and FASB 109, IRS audits, including independent contractor audits, state and local income tax audits, real and personal property tax audits, and unclaimed property audits.

For the firm, Vince is the lead professional for a significant Netherlands-based international client with worldwide offices in Europe, South Africa, the U.S.A., and Shanghai. He is responsible for the filing of the U.S. federal and multi-state returns, as well as the Canadian corporate and individual returns. In this capacity, he has gained significant experience with respect to percentage of completion and manufacturing tax accounting issues, resident and non-resident alien tax matters, foreign tax credit, Subpart F planning and compliance, and inbound and outbound transactions.

Since Vince devotes much of his time to keeping up with the latest developments in federal, state and international taxation, he has no time for family, friends or sports.
