Keith advises clients on a variety of business and tax matters. He has particular experience in the preparation of complex operating agreements for limited liability companies and agreements for limited partnerships, including the provisions necessary to deal with the applicable tax rules.

Keith also assists clients in their estate and asset protection planning, including the use of trusts and other entities to accomplish multiple goals.

Keith also has extensive experience representing clients in controversies with the IRS and state tax authorities, particularly with abatement of penalties and negotiating installment agreements.
