Keith advises clients on a variety of business and tax matters. He has particular experience in the preparation of complex operating agreements for limited liability companies and agreements for limited partnerships, including the provisions necessary to deal with the applicable tax rules.

Keith also has extensive experience assisting clients in their estate and asset protection planning, including the use of trusts and other entities to accomplish multiple goals.

Keith also represents clients in controversies with the IRS and state tax authorities, with particular experience in the abatement of penalties and in negotiating installment agreements.
