Jason assists clients in their estate and asset protection planning.  He has experience preparing wills, trust agreements, and powers of attorney.

Jason also has extensive experience representing clients that have controversies and compliance issues with the Internal Revenue Service and various state tax authorities.  Typical projects for Jason include abating penalties, negotiating installment agreements, preparing and negotiating offers in compromise, and submitting requests for innocent spouse relief.  He also works closely with clients and CPAs in devising strategies to minimize potential taxes, penalties, and interest.

While attending the Georgia State University College of Law, Jason was the President of the Estate Planning and Wealth Management Law Society.  He also was the recipient of the 2009-2010 Outstanding Tax Student Award given by the State Bar of Georgia, Taxation Law Section.

Jason is the proud husband of Allyson and lives in Atlanta. He enjoys sports, reading, and traveling.
